Terms and Conditions for Event Ticket Purchases

1. General Information

  • These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets through KiwiTix on behalf of the event promoter. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by New Zealand law.

2. No Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for a change of mind, in accordance with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

3. Event Changes

  • The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the date, time, and location. Neither the promoter nor KiwiTix will be held liable for any changes. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify any updates regarding the event.

4. Contact Information

  • All inquiries, including questions about the event, ticketing, or any other issues, must be directed to the event promoter. KiwiTix acts solely as a ticketing service provider and is not responsible for the organization or execution of the event.

5. Liability

  • KiwiTix and the promoter are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by changes to the event, including but not limited to changes in timing, venue, or cancellation. This limitation of liability is consistent with the provisions of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.

6. Admission

  • Entry to the event is subject to the promoter’s rules and regulations. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with event rules.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information provided during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with KiwiTix’s privacy policy and will be shared with the promoter for event-related purposes. All information will be administered in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket through KiwiTix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
